Seasoned healthcare executive to scale execution and performance across Lightbeam’s end-to-end value-based care operating platform
DALLAS, TX, Jan. 21, 2026 — Lightbeam Health Solutions, the proven, AI-enabled solutions and services leader helping healthcare organizations succeed in value-based care, today announced the appointment of Ben Stilwill as President.
In this role, Stilwill will be responsible for scaling execution and performance across Lightbeam’s end-to-end, AI-enabled value-based care operating platform, aligning technology, services, and client delivery to help healthcare organizations operationalize value-based care at enterprise scale.

Stilwill brings more than a decade of healthcare technology leadership experience spanning client engagement, product strategy, and go-to-market execution. He joins Lightbeam after spending over 10 years at Streamline Health, where he held senior leadership roles across client, product, and go-to-market functions before serving as Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Stilwill led initiatives to redesign the client experience, align product roadmaps to customer needs, and execute growth strategies that culminated in a successful sale to a strategic acquirer.
As President, Stilwill will work closely with Lightbeam’s executive leadership team to drive alignment across product innovation, platform delivery, client success, and go-to-market execution, with a focus on helping healthcare organizations translate intelligence into action and results.

Prior to Streamline Health, Stilwill worked in the M&A group at BMO Capital Markets, advising on strategic healthcare and technology transactions. He earned an Executive MBA from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePauw University.
