Addition of new healthcare organizations extends Lightbeam Health Solutions’ client list to more than 40 accountable care organizations
IRVING, Texas – December 3, 2014 – Lightbeam Health Solutions, a leader in end-to-end population health management, announced today agreements with two new healthcare organizations, Rio Grande Valley Health Alliance, LLC and Lakewood Health System. More than 40 accountable care organizations (ACOs) now utilize the Lightbeam platform.
Based in McAllen, Texas, Rio Grande Valley Health Alliance, LLC (RGVHA) is a 14-provider ACO focused on delivering high-quality care and lower growth in healthcare expenditures. RGVHA will be utilizing the following components of Lightbeam solutions:

- Quality Measure analytics
- Cost / Utilization analytics

Founded in 1936, Lakewood Health System is an independent rural healthcare system in Minnesota with a hospital and clinic in Staples, primary care clinics in Browerville, Eagle Bend, Motley and Pillager, and a dermatology clinic and skin and laser center in Sartell.
