Guadalupe Health Network partners with Lightbeam to maximize quality and increase valuebased reimbursement
Irving, Texas – August 11, 2015 – Guadalupe Health Network (GHN) from Seguin, Texas executed an agreement to deploy Lightbeam Health Solutions’ Population Health Management platform. “Our world is evolving around value-based care and we have a need to aggregate and analyze data across multiple practices,” said Phillip Rinn, MD, chairman for GHN. “Lightbeam has experience merging data from multiple EMR sources with claims data from CMS and then making that data actionable through their provider and patient engagement tools. We searched for several months and Lightbeam was the most suitable fit for our needs.”
