Lightbeam University sets users on the path toward mastering Lightbeam’s population health technology. Lightbeam University encompasses everything from virtual and onsite training to the Lightbeam Learning Portal courses and certifications, as well as the EDU Room at Lightbeam’s annual Users Group Meeting.
Whether you’re a technology pro or are still learning the ins and outs of all Lightbeam’s products and capabilities, Lightbeam University provides a unique opportunity to engage with our training experts, enhance your analytical skills, and get the most out of your population health technology.
The Lightbeam Learning Portal is a catalogue of all training courses, past webinars, user guides, and release notes. Access to the Learning Portal is complimentary to all Lightbeam users and provides you with the opportunity to engage with Lightbeam’s various online learning courses at your own pace.
Each quarter, Lightbeam hosts a maximum of 10 clients for a two-day on-site training seminar at our Dallas, TX headquarters. On-Site Training is led by Lightbeam’s Education & Training Manager and provides a deeper understanding of Lightbeam’s flagship technology and capabilities, including Creator Studio, Healthcare AI, and more.
Virtual Lunch & Learns are 30– to 60-minute-long deep dives into Lightbeam’s various population health analytics, tools, and modules. Led by Lightbeam’s Education & Training Manager, each virtual seminar provides a collaborative experience where attendees follow along and have the opportunity to ask questions and receive detailed feedback. Virtual Lunch & Learns are hosted once per quarter.
Lightbeam’s annual Users Group Meeting is hosted in the fall each year and serves as Lightbeam’s largest client education event. With the EDU Room serving as a primary staple of the UGM experience, clients leverage this once-a-year opportunity to receive one-on-one, hands-on training. Registration for UGM is open to all Lightbeam clients, partners, and users.
