Virtual Lunch & Learns are 30– to 60-minute-long deep dives into Lightbeam’s various population health analytics, tools, and modules. Led by Lightbeam’s Education & Training Manager, each virtual seminar provides a collaborative experience where attendees follow along and have the opportunity to ask questions and receive detailed feedback. Virtual Lunch & Learns are hosted once per quarter.
Lightbeam’s annual Users Group Meeting is hosted in the fall each year and serves as Lightbeam’s largest client education event. With the EDU Room serving as a primary staple of the UGM experience, clients leverage this once-a-year opportunity to receive one-on-one, hands-on training.
