WHITE PAPER
White Paper - Data-Driven Solutions Providers and Payers Need for Value-Based Care Alignment
Despite the best efforts of public and private payers, as well as many healthcare organizations, value-based care is stalling. That is the conclusion of a recent survey of primary care physicians and health plan executives.
The reason? According to 57% of the insurance executives surveyed, physicians lack the necessary technologies for success in value-based contracts.
A related reason, according to 72% of all survey participants, is that providers lack access to all the information they need about patients. That figure is up a full 12 percentage points from last year, when 60% of respondents to a similar survey had the same complaint.
