IRVING, Texas – November 12, 2014 – Lightbeam Health Solutions, a leader in end-toend population health management, announced today that Presbyterian Medical Services has selected Lightbeam’s comprehensive platform, including solutions for integrated analytics, risk stratification, care coordination, and provider and member engagement.

Presbyterian Medical Services (PMS), an organization serving more than 60,000 patients each year through primary care, outpatient, dental and behavioral health services, manages approximately 45 federally qualified health centers throughout New Mexico.
